At Clarena-Shop.com, we deliver international orders quickly and securely from our warehouse in Jordan. We ship to the Gulf region, Europe, North America, North Africa, South Africa and Uganda, with clear shipping times and full transparency throughout the process.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are prepared within 1–2 business days.
A confirmation email will be sent once your order is packed and ready for dispatch.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer three delivery options depending on destination:

Express Shipping (DHL Express)

Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days
Available worldwide.

Standard Shipping (DHL Economy / Postal)

Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days
Available worldwide.

Postal Shipping (Economy Postal Service)

Estimated delivery: 14–21 business days
Recommended for regions where express services are limited.

  • Middle East: Jordan, Palestine, Israel

  • Europe: All EU countries + UK

  • North America: USA and Canada

  • Africa: North Africa and Uganda

  • South Africa: Via DHL Express and Standard services


4. Free Shipping Threshold

We offer Free Shipping on all orders above 150 USD (after discounts, before tax).


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

All international shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties or local taxes depending on the destination.
Customers are responsible for paying any customs or import charges.

These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices.


6. Order Tracking

Tracking is available for:

  • DHL Express

  • DHL Standard

Tracking details will be emailed once your order is shipped.

Postal shipping may have limited tracking depending on the destination.


7. Failed Delivery / Return to Sender

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, refusal, or failure to pick up:

  • We do not reship the order.

  • A refund will be issued minus all shipping costs and handling fees.

This is due to the nature of skincare and beauty products.


8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit:

  • We offer a Full Replacement at no additional cost.

  • Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery date.


9. Restricted or Dangerous Goods

We do not ship dangerous or restricted goods.
All Clarena products are safe for international transport.
